T he return within Germany is free of charge. Write us an email to info@puretoi.com and receive your return label.
Returns outside of Germany are subject to a fee.
When your return arrives at our warehouse, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has been checked and accepted, you will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days.
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the shipment if the following conditions are met:
1) Items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear.
2) The label must not have been removed.
3) Items must be in their original packaging.
